HOW TO EXECUTE HOLIDAY PHOTOS ON A BUDGET
When it comes to holiday photos, it’s easy to get caught up in the idea that you need elaborate locations, brand-new outfits, or the works to make magic happen. But let me tell you—you don’t need all that.
Last year, my husband, son, and I decided to keep things simple, stress-free, and budget-friendly. And honestly? It turned out to be one of my favorite photo sessions ever.
We spent a grand total of $30 for our pajama pants. Everything else we already owned!
We wore our matching Lilo & Stitch pajama pants, paired them with black long-sleeve fleece thermals that were already in our closets, and topped the look off with Santa hats we had from previous Christmases. (And even if you don’t already have hats, you can grab them from just about anywhere during the holidays for a few bucks.) No trips to the salon, no overthinking outfits, no stress. I simply pulled my hair back into a ponytail, and we focused on having fun.
The results? Natural, effortless, and full of joy—the way holiday photos should be.
